    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The meeting agenda will include updates relating to: Jefferson County Elementary A Somerset Charter School; 2015-2020 Strategic Plan; Representative on behalf of the Florida Association of District School Superintendents; Representative on behalf of the Council of Presidents; and Turnaround Option Plan for Evergreen Elementary School, Marion County. Additional items for consideration include action relating to the following: Approval of 2020-21 Education Operating and Fixed Capital Outlay Budget Request; New Rule 6A-1.094122, F.A.C., Substance Use and Abuse Health Education; New Rule 6A-10.082, F.A.C., Mandatory Reporting of Offenses Affecting the Health, Safety and Welfare of Florida Students; and Amendment to Rule 6M-8.601, F.A.C., Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Provider Kindergarten Readiness Rate; and Amendment to Rule 6A-10.0315, F.A.C., Common Placement Testing and Instruction.
