University of Florida Procurement Services will receive sealed bids for ITB20KO-107 Job Order Contracting – General Contractors, ITB20KO-108 Job Order Contracting - Mechanical Contractors, ITB20KO-109 Job Order Contracting - Electrical Contractors, and ITB20KO-110 Job Order Contracting - Plumbing Contractors. Each bid will have two lots. Lot 1 – UF’s Gainesville campus and Lot 2 – UF’s St. Augustine properties. Scope of work: To simplify and expedite the execution of general, mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction projects under $200,000 at UF’s Gainesville campus (Lot 1) and UF’s St. Augustine properties (Lot 2). Non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for ITB20KO-107 Gainesville (Lot 1) will be held August 26, 2019, 8:30 a.m., at the Facilities Services Training Trailer, 908 Magnolia Drive, Gainesville, FL. Non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for ITB20KO-108, ITB20KO-109 and ITB20KO-110 Gainesville (Lot 1) will be held August 26, 2019, 10:00 a.m., at the Facilities Services Training Trailer, 908 Magnolia Drive, Gainesville, FL.
