    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 09, 2024, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance pursuant to section 120.542, Florida Statutes, from AK/HA Manufacturing, LLC., doing business under the assumed business name of Hydro-Action Mfg. (Petitioner). The Petition requests a variance/waiver from paragraphs 62-6.013(2)(a), 62-6.013(2)(f), 62-6.013(2)(j), 62-6.013(11)(a), and subsection 62-6.013(4) and subparagraph 62-6.013(6)d(1), Florida Administrative Code, which specifies onsite sewage tank design requirements, including requirements for tank stiffening members, tank inlet and outlet locations, tank approval numbers, onsite sewage tank manufacturers yearly inspections, a production process, and tank repairs. Petitioner is a foreign limited liability company, active and in good standing in the State of Indiana, with a registered office address located at 1440 Stanley Drive, P.O. Box 640, Plymouth, IN 46563. The Petition has been assigned OGC #24-2285.
