NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on August 13, 2013, the Board of Medicine issued a Final Order on the petition for declaratory statement filed on behalf of Jack Daubert, M.D. The Notice of the Petition was published in Volume 39, No. 89, of the May 7, 2013, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The Board reviewed the Petition at its meeting held on August 2, 2013. The Board’s Final Order declines to issue a declaratory statement on the basis that the Board was not presented with sufficient information to make an informed determination.
