    11B-27.002Certification, Employment or Appointment, Reactivation, and Terminating Employment or Appointment of Officers

    The Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission hereby gives notice:

    On August 7, 2014, pursuant to notice, at a meeting held in Ponte Vedra, Florida, the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission (Commission) found that the Petitioner, Michael D. Sutherland, did not demonstrate an economic, technological, legal, or other type of hardship resulting from an application of subsection 11B-27.002(4), F.A.C., particular to petitioner that is significantly different from the way it affects other similarly situated persons who are subject to the rule., after careful consideration of the facts in this matter, the Commission issued an order denying Petitioner's petition for temporary waiver of subsection 11B-27.002(4), F.A.C.
