11B-27.002Certification, Employment or Appointment, Reactivation, and Terminating Employment or Appointment of Officers
The Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission hereby gives notice:
On August 7, 2014, pursuant to notice, at a meeting held in Ponte Vedra, Florida the Commission considered a petition for a 180 day temporary waiver of subsection 11B-27.002(4), F.A.C., by Andrew Diaz. After careful consideration of the facts in this matter, the Commission found that Petitioner had demonstrated an economic, technological, legal, or other type of hardship resulting from an application of subsection 11B-27.002(4), (F.A.C.), that was particular to petitioner, significantly different from the way the rule affects other similarly situated persons and issued an order granting Petitioner’s petition for a 180 day waiver of subsection 11B-27.002(4), (F.A.C.).
