Final Order, DEO-14-115
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-14-115 on August 14, 2014, in response to applications submitted by the Manors at White Trout Lake II Homeowner Association Incorporated for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department’s Final Order granted the applications for covenant revitalization after determining that the application met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization.
