NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Cronin Construction Corporation. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Florida Building Code, Plumbing 5th Edition (2014) as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification about whether the Florida Building Code, Plumbing 5th Edition (2014) applies to underground utility and sitework that it intends to complete, including a stormwater collection system, sanitary sewer collection system, and potable water distribution system.
