GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: General Board Business will be conducted during the Board of Pilot Commission portion of the meeting. The Pilotage Rate Review Committee will then meet to consider two motions to intervene in the matter of the Application for Change in Rates of Pilotage for Port Miami, filed by the Florida Caribbean Cruise Association, and the Alternative Application for Rates of Pilotage for Port Miami, filed by the Biscayne Bay Pilots, Inc. Case No.: PRRC 2014-1.
The Committee will consider a Motion to Intervene as Party by FRS-Fast Reliable Seaway, LLC; Antillean Marine Shipping, Corp.; Betty K. Agencies (USA), LLC, God is Able Shipping, LLC: and River Terminal Services Inc.
The Committee will also consider a Motion to Intevene as Party by Seaboard Marine Ltd.
