NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Office of Financial Regulation has received the petition for declaratory statement from GPD Holdings LLC on 8/10/2018.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 560, Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

On 8/10/2018, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from GPD Holdings LLC. The petition sought a declaratory statement from the Office on whether a Florida bitcoin ATM operator is required to register as state money transmitters under the Florida Money Transmitter Statute, Chapter 560, Florida Statutes. On 8/13/2018, GPD Holdings LLC withdrew the Petition.
