NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 07, 2018, the Office of Insurance Regulation, received a petition for a variance.

Petitioner’s Name: Delta Dental Insurance Company

Rule No.: 69O-149.005(14)(b), F.A.C.

Nature of the rule for which variance or waiver is sought: The petition requests that the Office grant a variance from the multiple year rate guarantee or rating cap provision that may not exceed 24 months. Petitioner request that the time frame be extended to at least 36 months, or such longer period the Office may permit, with respect to group dental and vision insurance policies insuring groups of 51 or more persons.
