Final Order No. DEO-13-082
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-13-082 on August 14, 2013, in response to an application submitted by Villas of Beacon Groves Homeowners’ Assn., Inc. for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes. The Department determined that the application met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization. Accordingly, the Department’s Final Order approved the application for covenant revitalization.
