    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rule development is to include the U.S. History scale scores for each achievement level for use in reporting student proficiency levels in U.S. History as part of the student achievement testing program known as the U.S. History End-of-Course (EOC) Assessment. In addition, the rule will be amended to designate passing scores for each Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test® 2.0 (FCAT 2.0) assessment and each Florida EOC Assessment.
