GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Medical Care Advisory Committee (MCAC) Meeting being held to provide an opportunity for public input on the Florida Medicaid Medical Access Monitoring Review Plan Report. Section 1902(a)(30)(A) of the Social Security Act (the Act) requires state Medicaid programs to develop and publish a medical assistance access monitoring review plan for the state’s Medicaid recipients.
