    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Drugs, Devices and Cosmetics. has received a petition for declaratory statement from Sandy Reese, of Sevens Management Company 11 Inc. on July 29, 2016. The Petition does not state the statutory provision(s), rule(s) or order(s) on which the declaratory statement is sought. Presumably, the Petitioner is seeking the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 499, Florida Statutes, and Rules 61N-1 and 61N-2, Florida Administrative Code, as they apply to the petitioner.
