NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 9, 2016, the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling received a petition for waiver or variance filed by Kimberly Browne, LCSW, seeking a variance or waiver of paragraph 64B4-11.007(3)(a), F.A.C., which states that a qualified supervisor who provides supervision in Florida for interns and trainees must have completed four (4) years of clinical social work experience, two (2) years of which can be earned during a post-masters clinical internship with the remaining two (2) years of experience earned post-licensure.
