Medicaid State Plan Amendment

The Agency for Health Care Administration is requesting an amendment to the Medicaid State Plan for the Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). This amendment updates the eligibility section to reflect technical changes and makes editorial changes to the rate methodology section. This amendment will not have a federal fiscal impact or change services to eligible Medicaid recipients. The amendment effective date is July 1, 2017.
