The Board of Pharmacy hereby gives notice: the petition filed by Michele R. Johnson on July 12, 2018, seeking a variance or waiver from Rule 64B16-26.351, Florida Administrative Code, has been withdrawn. The Notice of Petition published in Vol. 44, No. 138, of the July 17, 2018, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held August 7, 2018, in Orlando, Florida. Petitioner was not present but withdrew the petition via email on August 8, 2018. The Board’s Order of Withdrawal was filed on August 13, 2018.
