Pursuant to the provisions of Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, the “Consultants’ Competitive Negotiations Act”, Daytona State College Facilities Planning Department on behalf of Daytona State College Housing Corporation hereby publicly announces it will consider qualified professional firms, registered to do work in the State of Florida, for a project requiring architectural and engineering services. The project consists of the design of a new student housing facility of approximately 250 beds, 60,000 sf, plus site work and parking spaces, on the Daytona Campus. The estimated total project budget is $10M inclusive of all fees and furnishings. Firms desiring consideration must submit proposals no later than 2:00 p.m. on September 6, 2019, to the Facilities Planning Department, Daytona State College, B430A/R108, 1200 W. International Speedway Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32114.
