    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 14, 2019, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance from paragraph 62-602.270(1)(a), F.A.C. from the School Board of Seminole County, Florida. The petition requested a variance to allow high school senior students enrolled in the Project H2O Tx learning program who have successfully completed the program to take the Level C Wastewater Exam from the Operator Certification Program prior to high school graduation. Paragraph 62-602.270(1)(a), F.A.C., requires that applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent to be eligible to sit for the Level C Wastewater Exam, in order to obtain an operator license. The Seminole County School Board is located at 400 East Lake Mary Boulevard, Sanford, Florida 32773-7127. The petition has been assigned OGC File No. 19-1468.
