62-701.900: FormsPURPOSE AND EFFECT: Subsection 403.707(9), F.S., requires that all construction and demolition debris landfills be constructed with liners and leachate control systems. This same subsection also requires that all construction and demolition debris be processed prior to disposal when economically feasible. Section 403.087(6), F.S., requires that all permit fees be updated every five years to account for inflation. The rule chapter must be amended to address these new requirements. There are also several minor changes that need to be made to update and clarify the chapter.
