Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 38, No. 28, July 13, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.
References to “Ch. 2012-41, Laws of Florida” in the Summary, Rulemaking Authority, and Law Implemented sections of the Notice should be corrected to state “Section 944.241, F.S.”. Also, the last sentence of subsection (2) and subsection (9) are struck as follows: The effective date of the form is________. Finally, the phrase “Ch. 2012-41, Laws of Florida.” in the last sentence of subsection (8) should be replaced with “Section 944.241(3), F.S.”
