NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 26, 2012, the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling, received a petition for Shelby Keirn, M.A., seeking a variance or waiver of paragraph 64B4-31.007(1)(a), F.A.C., which defines a licensed mental health counselor who is a qualified supervisor as one who holds an active license as a mental health counselor in the state of Florida.
