NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 8, 2012, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Waiver from MLF 2, LTD, of paragraph 67-48.004(14)(i), F.A.C., which precludes changes to certain sections of the 2011 Universal Application after the Application Deadline.
