NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 3, 2012, South Florida Water Management District (District) received a request for withdrawal of a Petition for Waiver from George Abraham regarding Application No.: 12-0507-3 for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the C-14 Canal; Section 1, Township 49 South, Range 42 East, Broward County. The District originally received the petition for waiver from Mr. Abraham on July 11, 2012, and Notice of receipt of the petition was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly, Vol. 38, No. 30, on July 27, 2012. No public comment was received.
