NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 16, 2016, the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling, received a petition for waiver or variance filed by Jennifer Spinner, LCSW, SAP. Although it is not stated in the petition, it appears that Petitioner is seeking a variance or waiver of paragraph 64B4-6.001(2)(a), F.A.C., which requires that a licensee must complete 30 hours of approved continuing education credit including: two hours on the prevention of medical errors; three hours relating to professional ethics and boundary issues during the two-year period ending on the last day of the biennial renewal period.
