    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 12, 2020, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for Families received a petition for emergency waiver of paragraph 65D-30.0036(1)(c), Florida Administrative Code, from Transitions Recovery, assigned Case No. 20-019W. Paragraph 65D-30.0036(1)(c), Florida Administrative Code, requires a copy of the provider’s valid occupational license/business tax receipt, and zoning be included in all applications for licensure.
