    FLORIDA FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT

    FRUITLAND PARK, FLORIDA

    WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND TRANSMISSION FACILITIES

     

    The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the proposed City of Fruitland Park wastewater facilities will not have a significant adverse affect on the environment. The proposed project consists of a 250,000 gpd expansion to the wastewater treatment facility and construction of two force mains to serve the City’s south service area. The potential amount of the loan for the proposed facilities is $2,250,000. The project is expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds.
