NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission received a request for Declaratory Statement on July 28, 2006, from CHPA Consulting Engineers, Inc., regarding ventilation and transfer air supplied from the guest corridor of a guest tower designed by the Petitioner, under the guest room door, and exhausted from the bathroom and compliance of said design with Sections 403.2.2 and 601.2, Florida Building Code, Mechanical Volume (2004 as amended 12/05). It has been assigned the number DCA06-DEC-182.
