NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission received a request for Declaratory Statement on August 1, 2006, from Rolf Jensen & Associates, Inc., regarding application of Section 902.3, Florida Building Code, Existing Building Volume (2004 as amended 12/05), to a 340,000 square foot addition to an existing Group S1 warehouse without a four hour fire resistive rated building separation wall and, specifically whether draft curtains or an ESFR sprinkler system is required. It has been assigned the number DCA06-DEC-181.
