    11B-35.009Exemption from Basic Recruit Training

The Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission hereby gives notice:

On August 6, 2015, pursuant to notice, at a meeting held in Ponte Vedra, Florida, the Commission considered a petition for waiver of subsection 11B-35.009(6), F.A.C., by David Segrest. After careful consideration of the facts in this matter, the Commission found that Petitioner had demonstrated an economic, technological, legal, or other type of hardship resulting from a strict application of subsection 11B-35.009(6), F.A.C., that was particular to petitioner, significantly different from the way the rule affects other similarly situated persons and issued an order granting Petitioner's petition for waiver of subsection 11B-35.009(6), F.A.C.
