The WebBoard also will be available for public comment on the Draft 2012 South Florida Environmental Report – Volume I from September 1, 2011, through September 16, 2011, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Meeting to conduct public review of the Draft 2012 South Florida Environmental Report (SFER) – Volume I to which all persons are invited to view and in which all members of the public are encouraged to participate. The review will be conducted on a dedicated WebBoard, which will be accessible from the District’s website.
    The website http://www.sfwmd.gov/sfer will be used to allow public access to and participation in WebBoard communications among members of the independent peer-review panel created to conduct a review of the 2012 South Florida Environmental Report – Volume I. This website also will be used to allow public access to and participation in WebBoard communications among members of a separate peer-review panel for special technical review of Draft Volume I, Appendix 1-6, South Florida Water Depth Assessment Tool. Beginning on September 1, 2011, through October 21, 2011, interested parties may access and view communications among the peer-review panelists, electronically stored communications and other public records associated with the Draft 2012 SFER – Volume I that are posted to the website. Peer-review panelists will post all information on the WebBoard, and the public can access this information at the District from Monday through Friday during normal working hours, Eastern Daylight Time. The public may comment directly on the WebBoard at any time between September 1, 2011, through September 16, 2011, on any aspect of the Draft 2012 SFER – Volume I, particularly on relevant scientific or technical data and findings. Communications and documents from all parties can be accessed at any time after they are posted during the review period.
