NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 41 No. 154, August 10, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this Rule is to establish the procedures by which the Corporation shall administer the Application process of the Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Bond (MMRB) and Non-Competitive Housing Credit (HC) Programs, authorized by Sections 42 and 142 of the Internal Revenue Code and Sections 420.509 and 420.5099, F.S.
