Florida Polytechnic University Board of Trustees, a public body corporate of the State of Florida, (“University”), is soliciting Replies for University Dining Operations Management that will provide highly responsive, thoughtful, and quality-oriented services to the University. The Vendor shall provide the University with all dining services management and operational personnel, automated systems with technical support, training, food product, supplies, materials, and any other requisite items necessary to perform the contracted dining services functions at a level that meets or exceeds the University’s expectations.
The suggested term of this Agreement will be for an initial period of ten (10) years, with an option to renew of up to two (2) additional five (5) year periods, or any portion thereof. Such renewals shall be subject to satisfactory performance evaluations of the Vendor by the University. Specific terms and conditions of any renewals shall be negotiated and agreed upon between the University and the Vendor, in writing, no less than One Hundred Eighty (180) days prior to the end of the then current term. The Term of this Agreement may be subject to negotiation dependent upon the economic advantage presented to the University for an alternate Term proposed.
