Cauley, Ph.D. MBA.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 491.003(9), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.
The petition seeks the Boards interpretation of a perceived conflict between Sections 491.003(9) and 490.014, Florida Statutes, related to the use of the term psychological testing.
