SECOND NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following change has been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 36, No. 9, of the March 5, 2010, and the Notice of Change Vol. 36, No. 17, April 30, 2010 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly. The change is in response to concerns stated by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in letters dated April 28, 2010 and May 18, 2010.

The change is as follows:

(7) Licensees who participate in the development of Florida exam questions may be awarded up to five hours of continuing education credit, comprised of two (2) hours of laws and rules and three (3) hours optional, upon request of the Board.
