The property is located at 10801 Corkscrew Road, Estero, FL 33928, in Lee County, Section 26, Township 46 South, Range 25 East. The petition seeks relief from provisions in subsection 40E-24.201(7), Florida Administrative Code, which states that irrigation of existing landscaping shall be conducted on specific days, pursuant to Section 120.542, F.S.
