  • NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 27, 2009, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a temporary variance from A17.3, Section 3.11.3, and Section 2.7.4, as adopted by Chapter 30, Section 3001.2 Florida Building Code adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), F.A.C. The petitioner, Westgate Condominium Association, Inc., 2901-2905 Gulf Shore Blvd. North, Naples, FL 34103, and location of 2901 and 2905 Gulf Shore Blvd., Naples, FL, SN 25032, 25033, 25034, and 25035, requests the variance for an extension of time to complete repairs and for economic/financial hardship.
