NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 24, 2009, the Agency for Workforce Innovation, received a petition for Variance of subsection 60BB-4.100(22), F.A.C., which provides the definition of “working family” in the context of determining the eligibility to receive services for the state’s school readiness program.
