The Notice of Development of Rulemaking 59G-13.070 was published under Rule 59G-13.071, in Vol. 40, No. 160, August 18, 2014, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The Notice of Development of Rulemaking should have been published under Rule 59G-13.070.
