NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 14, 2014, the Department of Children and Families received a petition for waiver of subsection 65C-15.017(1), F.A.C., that requires the Director shall have a master’s degree in social work or a related area of study from an accredited college or university and at least two years experience in human services or child welfare programs.
