MANDATORY PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING
The original mandatory pre-submittal meeting date and time has been changed as follows:
Original Date and Time: Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., Eastern
New Date and Time: Friday, September 15, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., Eastern
Location remains the same as follows:
Aula Magna of the Innovation, Science & Technology Building (IST 1000-1001) on the Florida Polytechnic University – JD Alexander Campus in Lakeland, Florida.
Please be advised of the following with regards to Parking and your attendance.
Parking will be available in lots 2, 4, and 5. Please note: if you park in lot 5, you will need to get your parking pass from the kiosk located in lot 4. We do not have a kiosk located in lot 5. All parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle, vehicles without a parking pass are subject to parking tickets issued by campus security.
Important: Please change any and all old email references in the solicitation documents.
