NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 6, 2019, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for a waiver of closure requirements from CaraCara, LLC. The petition requests a waiver from conducting a Closure Integrity Evaluation or closure assessment as required by Florida Administrative Code subsections 62-761.800(2) Closure of Storage Tank Systems, and (3) Closure Integrity Report, Closure Report, and Limited Closure Report Requirements. The storage tank facility is First Avenue Exxon located at 3061 1st Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida, in Pinellas County, FACID 8623586. The petition has been assigned OGC File No. 19-1418.
