NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 18, 2017, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation received a petition for waiver from Azure Estates FL TC, LP, and Jernigan Gardens FL TC, LP, requesting to waive paragraphs 67-21.003(1)(b) and 67-21.003(8)(l), F.A.C., to allow the petitioner to submit a single application fee for the properties.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
