The Board of Medicine hereby gives notice:

that on August 20, 2019, an Order was filed on the Petition for Waiver or Variance. The Petition for Waiver or Variance was filed by Neelam Uppal, M.D., on July 8, 2019, challenging the validity and the constitutionality of the Board’s Order entered on January 8, 2015. The Notice was published in Volume 45, No. 132, of the Florida Administrative Register, on July 9, 2019. The Board, at its meeting held on August 2, 2019, voted to deny the waiver, finding that the Petitioner failed to cite to a single rule in her petition or on the record for which she seeks a waiver or variance.
