The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) is issuing an Invitation to Negotiate (“ITN”) to establish a lease agreement with an entity to provide built-out of a standalone single tenant facility for a secure law enforcement and forensic services facility and related infrastructure for occupancy by the Agency
The Department will post notice of any changes or additional meeting(s) on the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with subsection 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not re-advertise any notice in the Florida Administrative Register (FAR).
