NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 22, 2013, the Department of Children and Families received a petition for waiver of Subsection 65C-15.017(3), Florida Administrative Code, from Youth and Family Alternatives, Inc. and Melissa Hamilton. Subsection 65C-15.017(3), F.A.C., requires staff performing casework services shall have a bachelor’s degree in social work or related area of study from an accredited college or university.
