40E-6.011:Policy and Purpose
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 14, 2013, South Florida Water Management District (District) received an amended petition for waiver from Target Corporation, Application Number 13-0520-7. The original petition for waiver was received on May 20, 2013 and notice of the petition was submitted for publication in the Florida Administrative Register on May 31, 2013, Volume 39, Number 106. The petitioner requests authorization to allow for the construction of a vehicular entrance bridge crossing the C-4 Canal at S.W. 139th Avenue in conjunction with the Target of West Dade County Center; Section 3, Township 54S, Range 39E. The petition seeks relief from paragraph 40E-6.011(2)(j), Fla. Admin. Code, which governs the minimum low member elevation of pile-supported and free-span facilities located within Works or Lands of the District.
