NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received a petition for declaratory statement from Kathleen Wilks. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 553.503(6), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification as to whether the City of Pensacola correctly applied the above-referenced statute to existing buildings.
