NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Chiropractic Medicine has received the petition for declaratory statement from New York Chiropractic College. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Rule 64B2-13.004, F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.
The Petition, filed on August 11, 2017, seeks the Board opinion as to whether a live webinar with no prerecorded content would satisfy the requirements of the rule for online distance learning. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
